How long does delivery take?
Every piece is made to order. Orders are processed within 2–3 days and take 4–7 business days to arrive — a total of 7–10 working days. For urgent orders, express shipping is available (chargeable).

Is shipping really free?
Yes — standard shipping is free on every order, pan India. Express delivery is chargeable.

Do you have a retail outlet?
We don't have a retail outlet. Our studio is in Defence Colony, New Delhi — visits are by appointment. WhatsApp us at +91 99993 35894 to schedule.

What payment options are available?
All major credit and debit cards, UPI and net banking. International cards are accepted.

Are your designs only for babies?
Our pieces are designed primarily for children up to 3–4 years — but we customise for every age, from newborns to grandmothers.

Do you make silver jewelry?
Yes. Alongside our gold collection, we craft a full range in 925 sterling silver — nazariyas, bracelets, bangles, payals and gifting pieces. Every silver piece is covered by our Lifetime Polish Promise: send it back any time and we'll restore it to new, free of charge.

Can I customise in silver?
Yes — name customisation is available in both BIS Hallmarked gold and 925 sterling silver.

How do I know the metal is pure?
Every piece carries the BIS Hallmark — the Bureau of Indian Standards' certification of purity, stamped on the piece itself. What it says on the tag is what's in the metal.
